Originally designed for the Paulistano Athletic Club in So Paulo, Brazil, the Paulistano Armchairs frame is a continuous 17-foot-long piece of solid steel thats welded in a single spot and hand-machine polished. This deceptively simple structure is then wrapped in almost an entire hide of leather that develops a patina over time. Exceptionally comfortable, the Paulistano flexes slightly, and the sling can be adjusted up or down the frame for upright or relaxed sitting. Made in France.
