The Emerson collection draws inspiration from traditional Tuscan furniture design, incorporating classic lines from an earlier era, when sturdy oak furniture was made by hand and cherished for generations. This collection showcases a new brushed finish technique, which evokes the natural drift process resulting from years of use. The brushed finishing process, called decape, opens the pores of the oak, allowing craftsmen to deposit a white patina in its grooves, imparting a gently weathered look.

Brothers Antonio and Michel De Bonis founded Natart in 1988 in Rome, Italy and then transferred to Quebec, Canada in 1995. Today their family-run business includes 40 employees who are consideredpart of the family. The De Bonis brothers lead with a positive vision and provide their unified team with a sense of purpose. Natart employees are treated with respect and are not subject to pressure. Working with peace of mind, the calm and reassuring atmosphere allows the company to produce great quality in a safe and secure work space. Natart gleans inspiration from international venues, architecture and fashion trends, striving to marry functionality with aesthetics. All designs are executed in-house by Michel De Bonis.
