The Adnet Coffee Table (1950) is a masterful union of leather, glass, and metal. It exemplifies modernist architect and designer Jacques Adnets Art Deco style as well as his commitment to craft. The tables round glass top is edged with a handmade leather rim and finished with equestrian-inspired gilded brass rings. It sits elegantly atop a trio of curved steel legs, also upholstered in leather, which meet at the tables center. This design grew out of Adnets partnership with fashion house Herms in the 1950s, when he was one of the first designers to combine leather with glass, creating his iconic round Adnet Mirror. A true emblem of luxurious French modernism. Made in China.
